At YoSoy, we believe language is most effectively developed through meaningful interactions in emotional contexts. Our 60-minute virtual classes help children build a sense of identity while mastering Spanish. Because the theory behind our book series is complex, we provide opportunities for parents to discuss with our authors and instructors how to best utilize the legends, crafts, and audio resources at home. We focus on "translanguaging" valuing all the linguistic resources your child has to foster authentic communication. This class isn't just about learning words; it’s about ensuring your child feels seen and valued between the cultures they inhabit.
Cancellation Policy
At Yo Soy, we value the connection and time we share with our community of educators and families. To ensure we can provide the best experience for everyone, we have established the following guidelines: 1. Rescheduling & Cancellations We know life happens! If you need to change your plans: - The 24-Hour Rule: Please reschedule or cancel your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer the slot to another family or educator. - How to change: You can easily manage your booking through your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our site. 2. Late Arrivals - Virtual Sessions: If you are running a few minutes late, please let us know! We will wait in the virtual room for 15 minutes. After that, the session will be considered a "no-show" to respect the instructor's schedule. - In-Person Sessions: For school visits, we appreciate a quick heads-up via email or phone if there is a delay at the entrance or front desk. 3. Our Commitment to Flexibility - We understand that emergencies and "life moments" occur, especially when working with children. If you miss the 24-hour window due to an unforeseen emergency, please reach out to us directly at [Your Email]. We are always happy to listen and find a solution that works for both of us. 4. Refunds - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. - Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are generally non-refundable, but we are happy to discuss a one-time rescheduling credit for exceptional circumstances.
